I live in Colorado Springs, proud home of Focus on the Family. Think I’d get keyed if I put this on my Jeep’s back window?

Oh gosh… I want one of those stickers. I want one really badly. That is great.

Yeah, i saw a t-shirt with that on it. Absolutely genius.
Also a good bumper sticker (which I’m sure you’ve seen):
“Focus on your own damn family.”

Alli: I don’t care for Dr. JD myself, disagreeing with him on just about most things he stands against. However, you seem to take him and his org. personally. Isn’t it enough to disagree with him without dragging anger into it? I have a sense of humor, but that bumper sticker just sounds like masked P/A stuff.

It really doesn’t have anything to do with Dobson — he’s just quick and easy shorthand to describe the culture of evangelical Christianity in Colorado Springs. I could have used twice as many (or more) words to explain why this sticker (IMO, of course) is funnier in the context of my city, but dropping Dobson’s name is much quicker than going on a rant. Therefore, he gets mentioned.
Make sense?
Sorry it doesn’t suit your tastes. I still think the bumper sticker is hillarious.

Golden, absolutely golden. I simply MUST have one which is saying a lot since I’m not really a bumpersticker type!

I absolutely understand your point. I thought maybe you were connecting JD and FOTF with WWJD…and that didn’t make any sense to me. But of course, I live on the Left Coast where a few Christians are spotted each year (and quickly shot to save them the pain of living here…so in that sense, it is a mercy killing).

That’s gorgeous.
Another one I like: “It’s YOUR god, they’re YOUR rules, YOU go to hell.”

I absolutely need both this bumpersticker, and the “focus on your own damn family” one Trevor mentioned.
That’s a great way to start the day!

I’m with Rick. I want one.
Here’s one I made up…
Jesus Called…
He Wants His name Back
